Handle client intake, routing, and confirmations with Claude, Google Sheets, Gmail, and Twilio

Quick overview This workflow hosts an n8n intake form, checks whether the submitted state is in your service area, uses Anthropic Claude to draft confirmation messages and an internal summary, logs requests to Google Sheets, emails via Gmail, optionally sends an SMS via Twilio, and shows the customer a confirmation page. How it works Receives a new client request through an n8n-hosted form submission. Normalizes the submitted details (name, email, phone, state, request type, description, and SMS consent) and generates a timestamp and reference number. Checks whether the submitted state is included in your configured served-area list. For in-area requests, sends the intake details to Anthropic Claude and parses the returned JSON into a customer email message, customer SMS message, internal summary, category, priority, and missing-info list. Appends the request to Google Sheets, emails the intake team and the customer via Gmail, and sends an SMS confirmation via Twilio only when the customer opted in. For out-of-area requests, appends the submission to a Google Sheets waitlist and shows the customer a waitlist message. Setup Customize the n8n Form Trigger fields and text to match you

Generate gender-aware email greetings with OpenAI and KlickTipp

Quick overview This workflow triggers when a contact is tagged in KlickTipp, uses OpenAI to estimate gender from the contact’s first name or to extract a name from the email address, and then writes an HTML greeting (Lieber/Liebe/Hallo) back to a KlickTipp custom field. How it works Triggers when a contact is tagged in KlickTipp. If the contact already has a first name, OpenAI estimates the most likely gender and a confidence score from that first name. If the first name is missing but an email address exists, OpenAI extracts a first and last name from the email address, estimates gender, and returns confidence scores. If the gender confidence is below 85%, the workflow selects a neutral greeting (Hallo {first name},) and updates the KlickTipp contact. If the gender confidence is 85% or higher, the workflow chooses a gendered greeting (Liebe/Lieber {first name},) and updates the KlickTipp contact. When a name was extracted from the email address, the workflow also writes the parsed first name and conditionally updates the last name in KlickTipp if its confidence is high. Quick overview This workflow turns a Telegram message into a short AI-generated video using AtlasCloud (Google Veo 3.1 Fast), generates an SEO-friendly title with OpenAI, publishes the video to YouTube and TikTok via Blotato, and sends a confirmation back to Telegram. How it works Triggers when you send a new message to your Telegram bot with a video idea. Sets the Veo model, video duration, and prompt based on the Telegram message. Starts video generation on AtlasCloud and polls the render status every 30 seconds until it completes. Uses OpenAI (GPT-4o-mini) to generate a short, SEO-friendly title in the same language as the prompt. Publishes the rendered video URL and generated title to YouTube via Blotato. Publishes the same video and title to TikTok via Blotato and sends a Telegram confirmation with the title and video URL. Setup Create a Telegram bot with BotFather and add Telegram credentials, then start a chat with the bot so it can receive messages. Evaluate AI prompts with OpenRouter LLM-as-judge and Notion reports

Quick overview This workflow collects a prompt and model choice via an n8n Form, uses OpenRouter LLMs to generate an evaluation dataset, run the prompt against each test case, and grade the responses, then saves per-item results and a synthesized one-line report to Notion. How it works Receives prompt, dataset size, and target model input from an n8n Form submission. Uses OpenRouter (via LangChain) to generate a JSON evaluation dataset with categorized questions and difficulty distribution. Iterates through each evaluation question and calls the selected OpenRouter model using the submitted prompt as the system message to produce an answer. Sends each answer to a separate OpenRouter grader model that returns a JSON score plus strengths, weaknesses, and reasoning. Saves each graded evaluation item as a new page in a Notion database. Aggregates all graded items and uses an OpenRouter synthesis model to produce a concise overall evaluation line, then saves it as a Notion page under a specified parent page. Setup Add an OpenRouter API credential in n8n and ensure the models referenced in the form and LLM nodes are available to your OpenRouter account. Add a Notion integration credentia

Enrich Google Maps business leads with Apify and Google Sheets

Quick overview This workflow runs on demand to scrape Google Maps business leads with Apify, optionally fetches each business website to extract an email address, and appends the enriched lead data to a Google Sheets spreadsheet. How it works Starts manually and loads the Apify API key, Google Maps search query, max results, and target Google Sheets spreadsheet ID. Launches the Apify Google Places scraper run for the provided search query and stores the returned run ID and dataset ID. Polls Apify until the actor run status is SUCCEEDED, waiting and retrying until results are ready. Downloads the scraped business items from the Apify dataset and processes them one business at a time. If a business has a website, requests the site HTML and extracts the first valid email address found; otherwise it keeps the email blank. Appends each enriched lead (name, email, phone, rating, address, review count, and website) as a new row in Google Sheets. Setup Add your Apify API token and replace the placeholder value in the configuration step. Connect Google Sheets credentials in n8n and set the target spreadsheet ID (and sheet name if not Sheet1). Generate personalized financial plans with Google Gemini, Sheets, Drive and Gmail

Quick overview This workflow receives income and financial-goal data via webhook, stores enriched metrics in Google Sheets, generates a tailored plan with Google Gemini, converts it to a PDF via PDFShift, uploads it to Google Drive, and emails the result using Gmail. How it works Receives a POST webhook request containing an Income value and a Goal string. Normalizes the incoming fields and validates that income is non-negative and the goal is not empty, returning a webhook error response if validation fails. Calculates a timestamp, a recommended monthly saving amount (20% of income), and an income category (Low/Mid/High), then appends the record to Google Sheets. Routes the request by income category and uses Google Gemini (PaLM) to generate a personalized financial plan with category-specific guidance. Builds an HTML report that includes the user’s inputs and the Gemini-generated plan, then converts the HTML to a PDF using the PDFShift API and fetches the generated file. If the PDF is created successfully, uploads it to Google Drive, emails the PDF and Drive link via Gmail, and returns the HTML report in the webhook response. Score job listings and generate tailored cover letters with Apify, OpenAI and Google Sheets

Quick overview This workflow runs on a schedule to scrape job listings via Apify (Google Jobs and Career Site API), scores each role against your base resume using OpenAI, generates tailored cover letter and optionally a tailored resume in Google Docs, and logs the results to Google Sheets with Gmail error alerts. How it works Runs on a schedule (with an optional manual test trigger) and loads your search query and Google IDs from the configured variables. Uses Apify actors to scrape jobs from Google Jobs and the Career Site API, then normalizes and merges both result sets into a single list. Processes jobs in batches and skips listings that already exist in Google Sheets (matched by Apply URL), have no apply link, have short descriptions, or don’t meet the seniority criteria. Fetches your base resume from Google Docs and sends the resume plus job details to OpenAI to score relevance from 1–10 with a one-sentence rationale. For jobs scoring 7+, uses OpenAI to generate a personalized cover letter from the job description and your resume. For jobs scoring 8+, uses OpenAI to tailor your resume, saves it as a new Google Doc in your Drive folder, and makes the document publicly readable

Proxy OpenAI-style chat completions to Gemini with async webhooks

Quick overview This workflow exposes an OpenAI-compatible /v1/chat/completions endpoint in n8n that forwards requests (including optional file attachments) to a configurable LLM HTTP provider, supporting both synchronous replies and asynchronous processing via a callback URL. How it works Receives a POST request on /v1/chat/completions via a webhook, accepting JSON or multipart form-data with optional binary file uploads. Converts any uploaded files into OpenAI-style message content (images as image_url data URLs and other files as text entries) and merges them into the last user message. Prepares a job ID, extracts optional callback and provider override settings (URL and headers), and keeps the original request body for later use. If a callback URL is provided, immediately returns HTTP 202 with the job ID, then sends the request (without callback/provider fields) to the configured LLM provider endpoint. Formats the provider response (or error) into a completion payload with a status code and posts the result to the callback URL with job metadata. If no callback URL is provided, sends the request to the LLM provider synchronously and returns the provider response (or error) to the
