Loops through a Hugging Face dataset via API in batches and inserts records into MongoDB using a self-calling subworkflow.

[Sub] Run SQL with Row Cap

When called by another workflow, executes a SQL query against Postgres and caps the returned rows in code.

When called by another workflow, searches Postgres for matching schema documentation and returns it.

On a workflow execution error, records the failure in Postgres and notifies via SMTP email and Pushover.
