On manual run, lists files in a Google Drive folder and indexes their metadata into Google Sheets in batches.

Convert image from jpg/png to webp

Reads image rows from Google Sheets, converts each JPG/PNG to WebP via API, and uploads results to Google Drive.

On manual run, detects image labels with AWS Rekognition, enriches them via HTTP, and writes results to Google Sheets.

On manual run, retrieves Google Drive files, processes them in batches, and merges the results into a single set.
