Execution path through the workflow

On manual trigger, fetches data into Google Sheets, generates a spreadsheet file, and emails it via Gmail.

Convert image from jpg/png to webp

Reads image rows from Google Sheets, converts each JPG/PNG to WebP via API, and uploads results to Google Drive.

On a schedule, fetches Gmail messages, dedupes and logs them to Google Sheets, and archives content to Google Drive.

On manual run, detects image labels with AWS Rekognition, enriches them via HTTP, and writes results to Google Sheets.
