Starts on a Telegram event

On a Telegram message, clones and changes voice via the ElevenLabs HTTP API, saving audio to Google Drive and replying on Telegram.

When called by another workflow, downloads a file over HTTP, sends it to Telegram, and saves a copy to Google Drive.

When called by another workflow, fetches a resource over HTTP, stores it in Google Drive, and delivers it to Telegram.
