Quick overview This workflow watches Google Sheets for new rows, renders a personalized video with iLoveVideoEditor using the row data, uploads the finished MP4 to Google Drive, writes the Drive link back to the same sheet row, and emails the link to the recipient via Gmail. How it works Triggers on a schedule when a new row is added to a specified Google Sheets worksheet. Skips rows where the Title field is empty. Starts a video render in iLoveVideoEditor from the cinematic-title template using the row’s Title and Subtitle as template variables. Polls iLoveVideoEditor every 60 seconds (up to 20 attempts) until the render status becomes completed, or stops early if the status becomes failed. When completed, downloads the MP4 from the render URL, uploads it to a specified Google Drive folder, and generates a shareable Drive view link. Updates the original Google Sheets row (matched by ID) with the Video URL and sends the Drive link to the row’s Email address via Gmail. If the render fails, times out, or errors, sends a failure alert email via Gmail with the row details.

See all Gmail→Detect duplicate Google Drive files and log results to Google Sheets
Quick overview This workflow manually scans a specified Google Drive folder for duplicate and near-duplicate filenames, appends the results to a Google Sheets log, and optionally sends a single Gmail notification when duplicates are found. How it works Runs when you click “Execute workflow” in n8n. Reads the target Google Drive folder ID from the configuration values and retrieves all files in that folder with key metadata (name, size, timestamps, link, and MIME type). Analyzes the file list to detect exact duplicates (same filename) and near-duplicates (common copy/version naming patterns) and assigns a recommended action such as KEEP, DELETE, or REVIEW. If duplicates are found, appends one row per flagged file to a Google Sheets tab and sends a single Gmail notification that the scan needs review. If no duplicates are found, appends a single “NONE FOUND” scan record to Google Sheets to maintain an audit trail. Setup Connect your Google Drive OAuth2 credentials so the workflow can list files in the target folder. Connect your Google Sheets OAuth2 credentials and set the spreadsheet ID in the configuration values, and ensure the target tab (for example, “Sheet1”) has matching colum

Route real estate buyer and seller leads with Claude and Google Sheets
Quick Overview This workflow hosts an n8n lead-capture form, uses Anthropic Claude to score and classify real estate inquiries, then routes ready leads to Gmail and Google Sheets while logging early-stage leads to a separate Google Sheets tab. How it works Receives a new submission from an n8n Form trigger with contact details, intent, area, budget, timeline, financing status, and notes. Normalizes the submitted fields (for example trimming strings, lowercasing email, and adding a timestamp) for consistent downstream processing. Sends the normalized lead details to the Anthropic Messages API (Claude) to return a strict JSON classification, summary, timeline band, financing readiness, recommended agent role, and score. Parses the Claude JSON response, clamps the score to a 1–10 range, and calculates whether the lead is “ready” (score 7). If the lead is ready, sends a formatted Gmail alert to the agent and appends the lead to the “Active Leads” tab in Google Sheets. If the lead is not ready, appends the lead to the “Nurture Leads” tab in Google Sheets. Returns a confirmation message to the form submitter after the lead is routed.
