Quick Overview This workflow runs every Monday at 08:00, reads invoices from Google Sheets, filters for unpaid invoices with no prior follow-up and more than 7 days overdue, sends an HTML reminder email via Gmail, and updates the sheet to mark the invoice as followed up. How it works Runs every Monday at 08:00 on a schedule. Reads all invoice rows from a Google Sheets spreadsheet. Keeps only invoices where the status is “Impayé” and the “Date de relance” field is empty, then calculates the number of days overdue from the invoice date. Filters to invoices that are more than 7 days overdue. Sends a formatted HTML payment reminder email via Gmail with the invoice date, amount, and days overdue. Updates the matching Google Sheets row to set the status to “Relancé” and writes today’s follow-up date. Setup Add Google Sheets credentials and ensure the target spreadsheet contains columns like Statut, Date de relance, Date_Facture, Client, and Montant. Add Gmail credentials for the mailbox that sends reminders. Update the Google Sheets document URL/sheet selection and set the recipient address in the Gmail “sendTo” field (and optionally adapt the subject/body text).

Quick Overview This workflow hosts an n8n lead-capture form, uses Anthropic Claude to score and classify real estate inquiries, then routes ready leads to Gmail and Google Sheets while logging early-stage leads to a separate Google Sheets tab. How it works Receives a new submission from an n8n Form trigger with contact details, intent, area, budget, timeline, financing status, and notes. Normalizes the submitted fields (for example trimming strings, lowercasing email, and adding a timestamp) for consistent downstream processing. Sends the normalized lead details to the Anthropic Messages API (Claude) to return a strict JSON classification, summary, timeline band, financing readiness, recommended agent role, and score. Parses the Claude JSON response, clamps the score to a 1–10 range, and calculates whether the lead is “ready” (score 7). If the lead is ready, sends a formatted Gmail alert to the agent and appends the lead to the “Active Leads” tab in Google Sheets. Quick Overview This workflow receives ecommerce orders via a webhook, formats key order fields, appends each order to Google Sheets, and posts a Slack notification to different channels based on whether the order total exceeds 200. How it works Receives a POST webhook request containing a new order payload from your store. Extracts and normalizes the order ID, customer name, email, total, and items from the webhook body. Appends the order data to a Google Sheets spreadsheet for logging and reporting. Compares the numeric order total to a 200 threshold to determine whether the order is high value. Posts a message to a Slack VIP channel for orders over 200, or to a standard Slack orders channel for all other orders. Returns a JSON confirmation response (including the order ID) back to the webhook caller. Setup Configure your store to send new order events to this workflow’s webhook URL (POST /new-order). Add a Google Sheets OAuth2 credential and set the target spreadsheet and sheet where orders should be appended.
