Run manually by an operator

On a new Gmail email, formats the message and posts a notification to Slack.

Slack Event Filter Notifier

On a Slack event, runs code to filter incoming messages and posts a formatted notification back to a Slack channel.

When triggered, calls HTTP APIs and invokes sub-workflows to process the data.

On a Telegram message, creates a Monday.com item and conditionally opens a Freshdesk ticket, confirming back in Telegram.
