Telegram with HTTP Request & Schedule

On a schedule, polls an HTTP endpoint and conditionally sends alerts to Telegram.

On a schedule, reads rows from Google Sheets, queries an HTTP API, and routes alerts across Gmail, Ntfy, and Telegram.

On a webhook, evaluates Zendesk tickets and conditionally posts notifications to Slack.
